Delivery time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1โ3 business days of receiving payment.

The average delivery time for orders on the site is between 5โ8 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays.

There may be delays in remote areas, during holiday periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control (customs delays, shipping companies, strikes, etc.).

Types of deliveries

Standard delivery (free of charge): The product will be sent to a collection point close to the address provided. Upon arrival, you will receive an SMS or email notification.

Secure delivery (premium โ additional charge): Includes increased responsibility for the integrity of the product throughout the shipment and preferential treatment in the distribution systems. This service does not guarantee faster arrival but does ensure stricter monitoring of the shipment.

Tracking and updates

After placing your order, you will be sent a confirmation message and an email with a tracking number.

In the event of an expected delay, we will notify you immediately and accompany you until you receive the shipment.

Deliveries are made throughout Israel.

There may be delays in remote or limited access areas.

In special cases, an alternative collection point will be arranged.

Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for entering correct details (full name, telephone number, address).

In the event of incorrect details, non-collection, or refusal to accept the shipment, additional costs may apply.

A shipment not collected on time (usually 7โ14 days) will be returned to the warehouse, and the customer will bear the cost of return shipping if they wish to receive the product again.

Product returns

Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

The product must be new, unused, with original tags and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.

Cases in which a return will not be possible

Customer ordered the wrong size.

General dissatisfaction that does not result from a defect or damage to the product.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Credits and refunds

The refund will be made after the product has been received and inspected.

The refund will be transferred to the original payment method within 10 business days .

Transfer times depend on the financial institutions. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval date and no refund has been received, please contact us.

Cancellations

An order can be canceled up to 24 hours from the time it is placed.

Cancellation after 24 hours โ will not be accepted.

Cancellation involves a fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) .

Refunds during special periods

During busy periods, there may be delays in processing refunds.

In accordance with consumer protection laws - the refund will be given within 30 days of receiving the returned product.

The warranty is for manufacturing defects only.

Defects caused by personal use, falling, natural wear and tear, or improper use are not covered by the warranty.
