Terms of Use and Policies on the Slaven website

1. General

1.1. This website is operated and managed by Slaven Company ("the Company").
1.2. Use of the site and the products offered therein is subject to the terms and conditions detailed in these regulations.
1.3. Browsing the site, registering or making a purchase constitutes a declaration by the user that he has read the regulations, understood them and agreed to their terms in full.
1.4. The Company may change or update the Regulations from time to time at its sole discretion, and the updated Regulations will be binding from the moment they are published on the Site.

2. Terms of Use

2.1. Use of the site is intended for private purposes only, and not for commercial use.
2.2. It is prohibited to use the site for any illegal purpose, including hacking, disrupting the site's operations, copying content or misusing information.
2.3. The user undertakes to provide correct details at the time of purchase, and to refrain from providing false information.

4. Prices and payments

4.1. Prices on the site include VAT as required by law, unless otherwise stated.
4.2. The company reserves the right to change prices, promotions or payment terms at any time.
4.3. Payment will be made using the payment methods approved on the site only.

5. Shipping Policy

5.1. Delivery time: 7–15 business days from the date of order confirmation.
5.2. Delivery times do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holidays or delays caused by customs, strikes or force majeure.
5.3. The Company is not responsible for delivery if the address details provided by the customer are incorrect.
5.4. The company may change the means of shipping as necessary.
5.5. The shipping cost will be displayed and updated when placing the order.

6. Product Warranty

6.1. One year (12 months) warranty on manufacturing defects only.
6.2. The warranty does not include:

  • Improper use of the product.

  • Falls, breakage, scratches or natural wear and tear.

  • Using inappropriate voltage or exposure to liquids.
    6.3. In the event of a malfunction, please contact customer service with a photo/video attached.

7. 30-day free trial

7.1. Each product is purchased with the right to a 30-day trial .
7.2. Refunds will only be given for products that have been kept in the original packaging, clean and with no signs of use at all due to the sterility of the products.
7.3. Use that exceeds reasonable experience (wear, dirt, breakage, etc.) voids the refund.
7.4. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

8.1. A transaction can be canceled within 14 days of receiving the product.
8.2. Cancellation will be made in writing only, via email: Slavensupp@gmail.com .
8.3. Refunds will be made to the original payment method, minus cancellation fees of up to 5% or 100 NIS (whichever is lower).
8.4. Custom/customized products are not returnable.
8.5. The Company may refuse a refund in the event of use that exceeds reasonable experience.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1. The company undertakes to maintain the privacy of its customers and not to provide personal information to third parties unless required by law.
9.2. Credit information is encrypted and is not stored in the company's databases.
9.3. The company may use contact information to send updates, promotions and service. The customer may remove himself at any time.
9.4. The site is secured using advanced means, but the company cannot guarantee complete protection against hacking and is not responsible for indirect damage in such a case.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. The images on the site are for illustration purposes only, and there may be deviations in color/design.
10.2. The Company is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by the use of the products.
10.3. The exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Tel Aviv District Court.

11. Additional Terms

  • The Company may discontinue or change the website's operations at any time.

  • The company may terminate a contract with a customer who has violated the regulations.

  • All copyrights and intellectual property on the site belong solely to Slaven .
